OH TO PEN A WORD
THE LIGHT OF DAY
NOT SEEN
WHEN ALL THE WORLD
WOULD BOW
IN AWE
THE POWER OF A WORD.
OH TO PEN A WORD
TO HEAL ALL ACHES
AND AILS
THEN EVERYONE
WOULD SWOON
AND QUIVER
THE POWER OF A WORD.
OH TO PEN A WORD
FOR LOVERS TO TAKE HEART
THEY’D HOLD IT CLOSE
AND CALL IT THEIRS
FOREVER
AND A DAY
THE POWER OF A WORD.
Oh the power of a word! Words are power and especially this kind for sure! I love this and your illustration! Word on! Have a wonderful day!

I never wanted to show my poetry to anyone but you all encouraged me and I am glad. I have started painting again. They are posted under ART WORK.
