    I am not sure I agree with this one. I believe some of the media is not at all well meaning. To incite fear means to have a strong army and weapons, and there is a huge profit motive in weapons. When someone promotes fear and hate, I try to learn more about his investments.

    I believe the majority of the media believe in transparency and in selling papers. I do not believe the public can handle the absolute truth anymore than small children. People panic before they know the whole truth. I appreciate your view. When SARS was in Toronto people in Oakville panicked. There was never any confirmed cases in Oakville. People refused to read past the headlines to the facts.
