No, this one you do know Pam. You can only appreciate something when you know its opposite ie you cannot know and fully appreciate happiness unless you have felt sadness also. You have already touched much wisdom in all those many other feelings as you go deeper into your own heart my friend. Even though they feel so painful, they are showing you a love and appreciation of you because of what you have endured.
Take a bow young lady, you have gained much wisdom in this journey, turning ignorance to the jewel that wisdom is 😀
