I think you’re right Pam. They seem to realise I’m not a threat, even though their owners may say ‘They’re not very good with people,’ or ‘He’s a bit nervous’. I always let them come to me in their own time as their curiosity usually gets the better of them.

The animals are usually honest in their actions…as for the humans they are trying to do too many things through the lens of their fears.
Give a dog a bone and he’ll wag his tail and love you forever. Do that to a human and they’ll accuse you of murder…or call out the maitre d’ and demand a refund π
