It is such an easy thing to say, difficult to do.

I’ve been trying to pause before saying the word, even in something innocuous as “oh, I hate that.” Do I really “hate” that? I’ve tried to turn that into a blog post a few times, but I’ve never been able to get it right.

Hah! You took the words right out of my mouth….easier said than done! Why is it easier to hate someone than to like them sometimes? Probably because with some people we have to work at finding their redeeming qualities..,.their “good” side, and we’re too lazy to do the work. Our loss.

Automatic fear response…because the ‘thing’ that we hate asks us to see something within ourselves š
