I guess the acceptance of change is difficult because we don’t know what direction the change will take us. That can be scary.

Well put. It used to be we said “can’t do nothing bout the weather.” And back then it was true. Now its not. We have done something about the weather. We have changed it. And now we still can do something about the weather. By changing the things we do that were or are changing the weather. So you are very right. It is not inevitable that we have to accept it.

Even denying it changes us Pam. The things we do to avoid it is change in itself. Our ‘buttons’ are always being pushed. Not that I’ve ever tried to avoid it mind you 😂 😱 😇 🥴
