Only if I look behind me and dislocate an eye ball or two. And it must be fast while centripetal force stretches the tongue. And if it is a very good day it will retract in the same opposite fashion that it extended. … and still fit in that under the nose chamber. Now on bad days. Never mind lets just talk about good days.
