They are the ones that are isolating themselves, in heart and mind. They don’t wish to face the world any longer, it is less painful that way. But it also then takes longer to face and go through that pain that is needed to understand themselves…and be free ☹️

You are so right Pam. That’s a conundrum, Isn’t it? Our mouths are always running, and our fingers are typing away all day, but we really don’t say much of anything to one another.
Maybe it’s like Mark says….we’re using this powerful technology as a defense mechanism to just not face life.
