Unfortunately, people continue to prove that it’s possible to teach hatred 🙁

Reminds me of one of my favorite Nelson Mandela quotes:
“No one is born hating another person because of the colour of his skin, or his background, or his religion. People must learn to hate, and if they can learn to hate, they can be taught to love, for love comes more naturally to the human heart than its opposite.”

I wholeheartedly agree Pam. Isn’t it strange that the things that come to us naturally, like love, so easily get pushed aside by things we’re taught, like hate, jealousy, racism and greed?

Most certainly dear lady, and that very emotion (and others), are the teachers to guide us back to the love that is our natural state. And when we arrive it is with a most profound wisdom in the truth of what unconditional is 😀 ❤️ 🙏🏽 🦋

I hold the opposite view. That we are born with both the capactity to both love and hate – but who we love and who we hate is taught.

I watch children who only see the best of people. Love comes naturally and easily, I think. Society shows us otherwise.

If we experience love as children, I think it helps.
