I smile at everyone! But wearing masks makes it difficult to know who is smiling at me. With most people, their smile extends to their eyes, so that’s an easy tell. But with others, their warm friendly smile doesn’t reflect in their eyes. I prefer to think they’re smiling!

I like to think they are smiling behind their masks, even if they aren’t.

GOOD SUNDAY MORNING TO YOU, MY FRIEND.
In answer to your question, although I canΓ’ΒΒt answer for to-day yet…..but I believe that the number of people who smile(d)
At me, will be almost the same number of people that I smiled at. (Bad English, I know, but I just woke up J
Have a wonderful happy Sunday, Pam.

I like Ginger’s comment. I was going to mention that I’m getting pretty good at detecting smiles behind masks – but maybe I just prefer to think they’re there.

Ginger is wise. I too prefer to think that way.

Hi Pam….I love…love…love you’re blog ( always have ). Never miss it, look so forward each day to it. I live in a great old townhouse in Whitby and my porch is about 18 feet to the side-walk. So since March I pretty much live on the porch…..dog’s walk by with their people and they all smile and visit….it is wonderful…..I have cats alone come to visit as well but they are watching my bird feeder…..I do smile at them but they don’t care. I enjoy reading the comments each day, keep up the great work you do……I NEED IT…Sharon

Good questions! I smiled at Garfield if it counts and he always smile back, as he was made that way! LOL. Covid has me isolated from human life.

I swear I can tell when people are smiling. And I smile a lot and it seems that people respond to that…even with the mask. I want a mask with a beautiful pair of lipsticked lips in a beautiful smile with nice even white teeth behind it.
