A Gaggle of Geese,
A Murder of Crows,
A Hummingbird Charm,
It’s what everyone knows.
A Bellowing of Bullfinches,
A Cloud of Seafowls,
I think we’re aloft,
With a Parliament of Owls.
But are you aware,
Of a Surfeit of Skunks?
A Blessing of Unicorns,
Or a Struggle of Drunks?
An Unction of Undertakers,
A Cowardice of Curs,
A Converting of Preachers,
This knowledge ensures.
People will leave you,
In Flocks and in Gangs,
A Blush or a Shuffle,
With tails and with fangs.
Control is the answer,
To the question of how,
To influence groups,
We label them now.
Love the humorous look at critics.

This was fun, Pam. I’ll try to keep the fangs away. I’m usually OK with tails.
What’s the collective noun for bloggers?

There is no collective noun for bloggers! Wanna make one?

Since so many seem to be banging their heads against one stupid issue or another, how about a Battering of Bloggers?

People who constantly criticize aren’t humorous at all, but your very clever poem is! I love it…..and the photo of the gaggle of geese.

This was great and many were new to me (or forgotten, which with my memory issues is as good as “new”!) To Dan’s question, I could suggest a Boost of Bloggers because that’s what I get out of your posts and those of many other clever wordsmiths here. ^_^

Maybe I should write a post about it and see if we can start something.

I would like to offer “Blag of Bloggers.” Only for the alliterative function. Very clever, Pam. 😁

How come you can leave your toys scattered far and wide and no one ever tells you to pick them up and put them away. Asking for a friend…

I just change the narrative and no one notices.

It is very good to have all the power. I would ask what is your secret. Even though I am prepared for the answers that it is both gender and person specific. Try not to feel guilty…

If you can hang a label on something, the environment, animals, other humans, the easier it is to exploit them.

And humans do it it all the time.
