Big difference seen here. TV news people & the weather person don’t get suited up in business attire. They wear a sweater and trousers or tunics over leggings. Actually, in Finland it’s only at funerals you see people in suits. (Jacket & trousers of same fabric)

I love to see suit jackets and jeans or ties and cowboy boots. A mixture of formal and informal.
