I can always remember my thinking when a lovely lady who I had only just met, said she was going to teach me to meditate and ‘listen’ to my heart ❤️
Here I was thinking it would go boom-boomp…boom-boomp 😂
She is now one of my oldest, best’est friends. And wow, was she right 🤣
