Simplicity has a unique beauty because it’s not lost in the frills and glitter we tend to cover everything up with.

Something I have found very profound in all relationships…do you remember those quiet moments with someone you love, just sitting together or a quiet hug…everything is ‘just as it should be’, a beautiful serenity, a relaxed emotional and physical way of being. We are standing in our truth, not trying to ‘be’ anything but just ‘letting it all go’.
And as soon as we break that moment there is this ‘trying to be’ something again and it is lost. And all it is…is that moment of truthfulness, that allowing of love and the trust that this moment brings. The moment it is broken the expectations, the ‘want’ to be something, the questioning mind…is all set free and chains us back to its master…ego, fear…shoot, even chocolate will rear its head and hold us shackled. Just a thought 😀 ❤️ 🙏🏽

I prefer your beauty coaching to the oft advertised workout coaching for electronically connected exercise machines. I will get my exercise ‘burn’ from just one more walk around the garden. Remembering and doing the ‘find’ of beauty in our existence that would be the exercise i cannot and will not pass up. That simple it is.

I couldn’t agree more. And the older I get, the more precious everything seems.. and often is! Of course, I get my down moments, who doesn’t? BUT every now and then I feel momentarily infused with all the wonders of the world, especially when listening to a beautiful piece of music.x
