So true, Pam. It takes a long time to know you you truly are if you spend a lot of time trying to be what others wish you to be. Or you devalue yourself based on others’ expectations, lack of love, and low self-esteem.

We each have so many sides, it’s an endless endeavor getting to know ourselves. If we do it piece by piece, we can manage nicely. But sometimes we don’t like what we’ve discovered and that throws a monkey wrench into the whole process.
Maybe we should practice the art of sticktoittiveness first, before we try to find out who we really are!
