For certain, more attention and finances need to be given to children’s services. It would save so much in adult mental health costs years down the line. Nice one, Pam 💕🙂

Thank you Harmony. It is unfortunate that those that hand out the money can’t see the truth.

Don’t ‘want’ the truth 😦

Yes. And it’s a very difficult thing for some…

So much more difficult than it should be. Unfortunately.

So many are in need these days. It often takes more than parent(s) have to give.

That is a sad statement on our society. And it is very true.

Again, you hit the nail on the head! We need to pay closer attention to our youth to make sure they are ALL getting adequate health care, nutrition, housing and education. And to do that, we’ll have to help some of the parents with some of these same issues. That’s a big job, but just imagine the rewards if it’s done right!

They are our future! It all begins and ends with them. Why can people not see that?

Living in Spain and loving it, I still realize that nowhere is perfect. But ALL POLITICIANS NEED TO BE LESS GREEDY. There are not many countries that can claim otherwise. Now I am older, i ask a lot more ‘why’s’…In the UK, pensions are far less than in France,, Germany and Spain. Why?.Property prices are sky high. Why? And train fares are extortionate, as it is to eat in a reasonable restaurant. Another why? Don’t get me wrong, I appreciate all my many blessings, but feel so helpless for the needy. Especially,as you rightly point out, the next generation. ..

The only answer that I can think of to your question is what you have already said: greed. It is a sad statement on society.

I think if we postulate that we could fail them then we will not. We know our failings and most will try not to pass them on.
