You hit another nail smack on the head! Amazing how often we let adversity tear us down instead of giving it a good run for its money. We moan and groan that we were beaten, but we can’t be beaten if we didn’t even put up a fight!

You said it perfectly Ginger. Sometimes we have to fight.

Ah dear lady, I touch a place within where I think I cannot take another step…but I do. It is leading me somewhere, somewhere beyond who I am…I just have to take another step ❤️ 🙏🏽 🦋

We have no idea how strong or tenacious we can be until we are faced with THAT moment. We are stronger than we think.

Pam, another significant truth! After my last fall, which was flat on my faith, I knew God expected me to use the brain and heart he gave me to make something of the muck!

It helps to know that when we fall we only have to get up once. If we fall again, we just repeat…

Being of a certain age…I can confirm the tenacity and stoic natures of many friends and family members, some still alive and kicking in their nineties: husband, sister-in-law and a best friend, plus several in their late eighties, Most benefitted from rationing and the deprivations, etc.of World War 11experencies and appreciate life all the more for them. We, of course, were the lucky ones… Cheers xx
