Pam, where I live it’s apparently very popular to have as many children as possible, each with a different partner, and then let the state pay for their care.
Family Planning went the way of good manners, being kind and common sense.

I went to school with a friend who’s family had 14 in it Pam…someone said it was the straight cows milk they drank 😂 🤣
