I would classify myself as a Worry Wart! Maybe the “worth” is when we realize we worried for nothing, we feel so much better…happier…relieved.

Worry is a basic primitive survival instinct. A little can be a very good thing. Too much can be very counter productive. In cases like the sword of Damocles it can help us chose a better seat.

Learning to not worry about everything has been a major challenge for me. I’m happy to say I’m getting better at it.

I think I’m just too lazy to spend time worrying. I’d rather read.

Oh it has great worth dear lady. It builds and builds until we feel like we are going to burst, get so sick of holding it that we finally let it go in its understanding and realize it was only us holding our fear, our doubts of ourselves. But it causes us to change even if it takes a year or ten…and at the end is a love like no other. But first…the worry so that we can see and understand what we don’t want to be 😀 I suppose its like falling in love, we’ll pick the other to pieces against a list we have in our heads (expectations), until we realize no one can live up to it because it is our fears. Understand our fear and the list has lost its purpose…and we will then see love in everything 😀❤️🙏🏽

That makes sense. It is fear that drives our sense of worry.

That it is dear lady, but it does have a great purpose. It dares us to step beyond it ❤️🙏🏽

You are right about worrying – it does not help, yet people do it, I do it all the time and wish I could be more zen about it.
