I agree, Pam. Interested in police crime work, I’m fearful for so many young woman who are, sadly, vulnerable, especially in the US because of the lax gun laws, and the prolific dating sites on line, and the latter in the UK. Although DNA testing/phone tapping/ and CCT camera work certainly help solve some of the old ‘cold-murder’ cases, and surely must, hopefully, lessen the chances for modern- day villains?

I’m OK with Big Brother watching me, I kind of appreciate it.

Yes, this generation can seem to be ‘lost’, but I thankfully get pulled up short when I encounter one with a good old fashioned heart. Gives me confidence that rough as some are, underlying it is just that need to be loved. Great post Pam 😀❤️

I think teenagers are our least concern right now. They seem to have their head on straight, not like some adults in charge. xo

With teenagers there is at least hope… Some adults?

Didja hear that loud bang? That was you hitting the nail on the head again! 🤙
I’m ok with Big Brother watching. I’m not hiding anything and it’s comforting to know if I get caught in an unfortunate situation, perhaps it’s on a camera and the culprit will be caught.
Having said that, I do want to applaud those teenagers who manage to walk a straight line, are working on their education and actually do good in our communities everywhere.

Most of the youth today are good kids. We all have our moments in our past and they are doing it now. Most of it is harmless. But there is so much that is being put on the Internet with no thought that I worry. I’ve heard stories of people discovering themselves on the Internet, or images, that they did not put there. That makes me nervous. Because somebody somewhere has a camera…

Like with anything, we cannot generalize. Not all teenagers are lost and not all the cameras watching are a bad thing. The Internet has become a jungle with all sorts of things that can creep up on you – way more now than ever.
