Maybe that delay is intended to make us stop and think for a moment before we plunge into something we will later regret. A red flag perhaps?

Yes indeed…I didn’t call the ambulance because I thought I was going to be ok. But when I stopped breathing I had a visitor…and everything changed…really changed. The ‘now’ has so much more color in it…even the breeze smells so different…and I can feel life…everywhere. Great share Pam, thank you. A memory, and delay, gladly visited 😀❤️🙏🏽
