Words matter, and so does our body language! We really need to mind what we say, or better yet, what we’re about to say! We could make someone’s day or ruin it, so our words carry great power.

Sometimes…I listen extra carefully to what some individuals pass on what they’ve ‘said’ to someone else and just know it’s not true!! (It’s called ‘bolstering up their standing as an individual…’) Sad really, though harmless! x

The problem is too much bolstering can have adverse effects down the line. I wonder how they would feel if someone did it to them?
